Terms of Service

Welcome to Chicken Road! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chicken Road mobile application (the "App"), our website located at [YourWebsiteURL.com] (the "Site"), and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by Chicken Road Inc. ("Chicken Road," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, Site, or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chicken Road Inc.

2. Changes to Terms or Services

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may also change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Use of the App and Site

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence to use our Services) to create an account and use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3.2. License to Use Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Chicken Road grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the App on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Violating or encouraging others to violate the rights of third parties, including by infringing or misappropriating third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Posting, uploading, or distributing any User Content (as defined below) or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Interfering with security-related features of the Services, including by: (i) disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content; or (ii) reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Services except to the extent that the activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Services or any user’s enjoyment of the Services, including by: (i) uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code; (ii) making any unsolicited offer or advertisement to another user of the Services; (iii) attempting to collect personal information about another user or third party without consent; or (iv) interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Services.
  • Selling or otherwise transferring the access granted under these Terms or any Materials (as defined in Section 5) or any right or ability to view, access, or use any Material.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your email address or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including the App, Site, and all underlying technology, information, software, data, text, graphics, images, sounds, videos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other materials available through the Services (collectively, the "Materials") are the property of Chicken Road Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized by Chicken Road, you may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Materials in any way.

6. User Content

If you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available any text, images, audio, video, or other content through the Services ("User Content"), you grant Chicken Road a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license for your User Content.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CHICKEN ROAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHICKEN ROAD INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT CHICKEN ROAD HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
